Chinese Cresteds Running

Madison and Liska, our two Chinese Crested dogs love to run and play, they enjoy each others company immensely. Their most favorite dog park is the Quinte Dog Park at Hanna park located in Trenton, Ontario. There is also a 3 km (+/-) hiking trail beside the dog part that is perfect for exercising both you and your canine. We also visit the dog park in Belleville, Ontario occasionally which has much larger fenced areas for the dogs to run, play and explore (Especially the small dog area).

Chinese Cresteds Running

The only part of the root that needed to be replaced was the north side. It was leaking in several places and you could see light coming in everywhere when looking at the underside through the attic. All shingles were removed and rotted roof board was replaced in a few small areas.

The rest of the roof is only a few years old and in excellent condition. It is beyond me why the north side of the roof was not done with the rest.

House renovation in Frankford, Ontario

This project is so big it demands its own category! The house is approximately 800 square feet on a nice sized city lot with municipal services. The property boasts an enclosed front porch, very large driveway, very large shed/garage/car port, a large deck in excellent condition, updated electrical, mostly new roof, 9′ ceilings! and so much more making this home a worthwhile investment of our resources.

As with many older homes, the list of to do items is fairly extensive:

• Totally gut interior
• Move a couple walls
• Drywall, Tape & Mud
• Interior Trim
• Update kitchen
• Update windows
• Replace one side of asphalt roof
• Pressure wash siding & deck
• Reclaim weeded driveway

The end of March with the spring melt approaching fast, the frozen docks sitting on the Bay of Quinte in Trenton Ontario will soon provide a land link for boats of all shapes and sizes.

These were both taken early this morning while walking the waterfront trails in Trenton Ontario. The water is still iced over but imagine that it will be gone within a week with the temperature rising. Spring is here!
